Shedding Layers
A daytime relaxation that begins with a breathing technique, a mental version of Nadi Shodana, moves into personal sanctuary, a body scan, and then a guided journey to release layers of stress and tension from the body. It finishes up with visualizing moving through your day in a relaxed state, and a gentle prompt to relax or go about the rest of your day. I hope it helps you create a greater sense of ease in mind and body.
10 Min Guided Relaxation
A full Rotation of Consciousness, aka Body Scan, to help you relax. Just listen, breathe, and notice each part of the body as it is named. This is good for a mid day break or the end of your yoga practice.
If you are working a on silent meditation practice, sit for an additional 5 to 10 mins.
Short Guided Relaxation
This is a mini meditation for when you are pressed for time, need a quick reset, or find it hard to be still for very long. It begins with breathing and moves into a simple body scan that is easy to learn and repeat on your own. It ends with “Be Well”.
